Our monitoring solution runs on a Windows machine within a network, collecting data from the hardware devices which you designate. It can also auto discover your network, helping you map out your infrastructure. It can collect data and hardware status for almost anything of interest on your network, supporting multiple protocols and multivendor hardware environments.
MCSA operates a number of contracts where our engineers work on site as part of the customer’s own service delivery commitments.
Our approach to managed services is to work with the customer to understand their pain points and resolve them with service wrappers. These wrappers operate in synergy with the customer’s own processes with a view to enhancing them as we gain knowledge and experience of how the customer operates.
