It is likely to have its own engineering capabilities, own spares holding and accreditations to support multiple vendor’s infrastructure.

It is in their best interest to reduce the time for organisations to get their infrastructure back up and running.
3. Multivendor capabilities
Many Third-Party maintenance providers have accreditations from multiple vendors, such as HPE, Dell, Huawei, EMC to name a few. This works in your organisations favour, especially if your infrastructure consists of various vendor’s equipment. Your Third-Party provider will give you a single point of contact for all your equipment, and they will manage the fix of the fault until its conclusion.
